Our pet and house sitting service allows your dog to stay in the comfort of their own home while you’re away. This helps keep their routine the same and reduces stress, especially for dogs who prefer familiar surroundings.
We take the time to get to know your dog and your home, so you can head away feeling confident everything is taken care of.
What’s included
Each pet and house sitting stay includes daily walks, feeding and fresh water top ups as needed. Your dog will enjoy plenty of playtime, cuddles and attention, along with backyard play sessions where available.
We also look after small household tasks such as bringing in mail, taking out bins and watering plants. Daily updates and photos are sent so you can relax knowing your dog is happy and settled.
Medication can be administered if required, and dog waste collection or litter tray changes can also be arranged.
A complimentary 30 minute meet and greet is included before your booking to run through routines and make sure everyone feels comfortable.
Pet and house sitting packages
Package 1
Solo pooch
From $90 per day
Pet sitters arrive between 4:00 and 6:30pm and depart the following morning between 5:00 and 9:00am. Times may vary slightly between sitters.
This option is best suited to independent dogs who are used to their owners being away during standard work hours and don’t require visits throughout the day.
Package 2
Active pooch
From $105 per day
Pet sitters arrive and depart at similar times to the Solo Pooch package, with additional visits throughout the day for check ins, playtime or walks.
This option is perfect for dogs who love a good walk or need a little extra attention during the day.
Package 3
Anxious pooch
Personalised quote
This package is tailored to suit your dog’s individual needs and is ideal for anxious, older or unwell dogs, as well as puppies who need extra care and attention.

Package 4
Montana pet sitting
Limited availability
Montana is generally not available for regular pet sitting as Whaggy Whiskers is now very busy. If you need an emergency stay, please reach out and she will do her best to help if she can.
Additional add ons
• Beach walk or play sessions
• Wash and towel dry services can be arranged at a DIY dog wash or additional grooming located at our salon
For households with more than two pets, an additional fees apply.
Important booking information
Pricing may change during public holidays, school holidays, Easter, Christmas and New Year, as these are our busiest periods.
Bookings must be cancelled at least two weeks in advance to receive full deposit credit. Cancellations made within two weeks of the booking date will result in the deposit being non refundable.
A travel fee applies to bookings outside the 10km Whaggy Whiskers radius from Southport.
